Course Overview

5 Days training course to get Remote Pilot Certificate and become DGCA certified Drone Pilot in small category (Weight up to 25Kg)

Eligibility

  • Qualification: 10th Class or equivalent (minimum)

  • Age: Between 18 - 65 yrs

  • Must have: Aadhaar & Valid passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID/Ration Card (anyone of these)

Day 1 - Registration & Theory Sessions

  • Registration - 15 mins.
  • Stakeholders & their laws [Basic] Drone Rules 2021 - 01:30 hrs.
  • Basic Principles of Flight - 01:00 hrs.
  • ATC Procedures & Radio Telephony - 01:00hrs.
  • Fixed-wing Operations and Aerodynamics - 01:30hrs.
  • Rotorcraft Operations and Aerodynamics - 01:30 hrs.
  • Hybrid Operations and Aerodynamics - 30 mi

 

Day 2 - Theory Sessions

  • Question and Answer Session - 30 mins
  • Weather and Meteorology - 01:15 hrs.
  • Drone Equipment Maintenance - 01:30 hrs.
  • Risk Assessment & Analysis - 01:30 hrs.
  • Payload, Installation and Utilization - 01:15 hrs.
  • Intro to Drone Data & Analysis - 01:30hrs.

Day 3 - Ground & Simulator Training Sessions

  • Theory Test - 40 mins

Ground Training Session - 02:00 hrs.

  • Identification of drone parts

Simulator Training Session - 03:00 hrs.

  • Introduction to Flight Simulator
