Course Overview

Get Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) and become DGCA certified Drone Pilot in medium category (Weight up to 50Kg)

Eligibility

For Fresher - 5 Days

  • Qualification: 10th Class or equivalent (minimum)
  • Age: Between 18 - 65 yrs
  • Must have: Aadhaar & Valid passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID/Ration Card (anyone of these)

 

For Small RPC Holders - 2 days (first 3 days credited*)

  • Qualification: 10th Class or equivalent (minimum)
  • Age: Between 18 - 65 yrs
  • Must have: Small RPC, Aadhaar & Valid passport/Driving License/Voter ID/Ration Card (anyone of these)

Day 1 - Registration & Theory Sessions

  • Registration - 15 mins.
  • Stakeholders & their laws [Basic] Drone Rules 2021 - 01:30 hrs.
  • Basic Principles of Flight - 01:00 hrs.
  • ATC Procedures & Radio Telephony - 01:00hrs.
  • Fixed-wing Operations and Aerodynamics - 01:30hrs.
  • Rotorcraft Operations and Aerodynamics - 01:30 hrs.
  • Hybrid Operations and Aerodynamics - 30 mi

 

Day 2 - Theory Sessions

  • Question and Answer Session - 30 mins
  • Weather and Meteorology - 01:15 hrs.
  • Drone Equipment Maintenance - 01:30 hrs.
  • Risk Assessment & Analysis - 01:30 hrs.
  • Payload, Installation and Utilization - 01:15 hrs.
  • Intro to Drone Data & Analysis - 01:30hrs.

Day 3 - Ground & Simulator Training Sessions

  • Theory Test - 40 mins

Answer 1 : The total fee of the Medium RPC is Rs 40,000 + 18% GST, which amounts to INR 47,200. This includes the charges for training, food, and accommodation for the duration of the course.

In which industries can I get the job after completing a Medium RPC course?

What will the duration of the Medium RPC course be for small RPC holders?

Answer 1 : The normal duration for a Medium RPC is five days, but for people who have already completed a small RPC course, the training only lasts two days. Three days are credited based on their previous course experience.

What are the must-have documents for enrolling in the Medium RPC?

Answer 1 :  If a person has already completed a small RPC certification. In that case, a license is required, along with any ID and address proof, such as Aadhaar and a Valid Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, or Ration Card.

What is the mode of Medium RPC training?

Answer 1 : RPC training is available online and offline. The theory classes can be taken online, and the practical training should be taken offline by visiting our flying base in Sonipat. 

Can partial payment be made for the Medium RPC course?

Answer 1 : Yes, if you are interested in doing the Medium RPC, you can pay the token amount on registration, and the rest amount can be paid by you when you visit the flying base for practical training sessions.

Will night drone flight training be provided as a part of the Medium RPC course?
